Skateboard design
I design concept is based on my target market. The customers group of this target market are teenagers who are 16- 25 years old. At this age group, people like show their personality and like cool things and unique life style. Also in my opinion, for this age group, skateboards are toys for them, this means customer would not buy skateboards with very complex image and colour, they buy skateboard for playing purpose rather than colleting famous artworks. So I want to make something closer to customers with simply cubism.
I designed this skateboard based on lines. My first step was drawing lines in a skateboard. Then base on lines, I added more lines and put in different position and shape to create different style. After I did lots of online research about cubism, I have many ideas on developing my artwork.
I kept developing my artworks with different shape and colour contents, the day before submission date; I had two more new ideas, then I continued work on my design.
At the final stage, I made last decision of my design. My final concept - I create five different skateboards, which skateboards have different personalty, facial expression, hairstyle and life style. Laughs, smelts, angry, cool etc, I can use many words to descript my artworks. By achieving my goal, I only use very simple shade, line and colours. By showing different personalty, facial expression, hairstyle and lifestyle, customers can find their life style from skateboards; this makes skateboards much closer to their real style.

Surrealism - Ice Tree
This my surrealism artwork.
I want to present two ideafrom this artwork. The first Idea is freedom, I want to use simple eye facial expansion on the tree to represent - the tree want to leave this cold place and want a freedom life. The tree is watching the sky and sky gives us feel freedom.
The second idea, human should save our enviroment. As the Earth is become hotter and hotter, ice is dissolving to water on each pole of Earth. I use green color which is color of lives, to represent lives in cold area, and say face to show sad feeling of lives, because they are losing their homeland. At the background Orange color presents hot feeling.

First draft of moodboard - version One
This is my first version of moodboard. I would like to choose RONE's graphic style as I did lots of research. His style is focusing on face expression and color. On his graphic artworks, I found that there are many pop arts graphical style. So I would put some pop arts, Text with machine inside. Also Jacky Chan is the person I would to choose on my artworks. His is a very famous kungfu movie style in the world, he always acts characters on good side, so I put he on the my moodboard.

My favourite Artist and his Artworks
I went to the Cokatoo Island last Monday with my friends to see the artwoks exhibitions there. I saw lots of very impressive and wonderful artworks there. I like many works as I took many photos. Unfortunately, my camera didn't have enough power to took all the photos there. I saw a graffiti artworks with Michael Jackson. The Michael Jackson's graffiti was separated into four parts which are different skulls on the faces. I like that very much because the graffiti has very strong expressions and very simple graph style. On the Cokatoo Island website, I found the artist who made this graffiti was RONE. I didn't take photo for this graffiti because my camera didn't have enough power. I found this photo from Cokatoo Island website.
RONE is a made artworks in streets the inner city Melbourne.
His style is focusing on face and personality and give very some impression feeling on the faces' expression
I would choose RONE'S style in my assignment design.
